I swear, the first months of the year usually draaaag by for me, but January and February have flown by at lightening speed! Aside from our Antiguan getaway, here's a look at what kept us rockin' and rollin' throughout the month o' love: 

Chinese New Year. CNY fell on Friday, February 12th this year, but because my hub and I would be away on our trip that day, we celebrated a few days early as a family. 

Celebrating Christmas...in February! Due to a couple Covid setbacks, our annual Christmas celebration with my hub's "side" of the family had to be postponed...twice! We were so excited to finally gather together and get in some good family time. Full heart. 

Galentine's Day. I am so thankful for my girlfriends and loved celebrating the love we share in our friendships with a fun gal pal class at Barre3 followed by dinner at a favorite restaurant with a few more sweet friends. 

Valentine's Day school celebrations + 100th day of school! My Lu Crew had some school fun this month, celebrating Valentine's Day with their classmates as well as the 100th day of school - how did that happen so quickly?

Treehouse birthday. Raleigh was SO excited to get to spend the night with one of her sweet girlfriends in a real, super cool treehouse for a super fun birthday celebration! They traveled to China Grove, North Carolina, and had the best time together. <3

Top Golf. My hub and I snuck out with two other fun couples for a night of Top Golf and just had so much fun!

Sporty sport sports. With only one game left in the season, it's hard to believe Banks' rec basketball will come to an end later this week! It definitely kept us busy all month but was so fun to watch our Banks do his thing. AND Raleigh and Harrison started tennis lessons last week and both loved it! We also still have aerial arts (Raleigh) and dance (Bella) going strong each week, as well as travel baseball for Banks and an impeding season of flag football for Harrison. WHEW! But we are just so thankful to see our kids back on the fields, courts, and studios again, knowing what things looked like at this time last year. Oh, and I celebrated my 500th in-studio class at my sanity saver, Barre3 Fort Mill. <3

Doctor appointments galore. Let's see there was a middle-of-the-night trip to the ER in addition to endocrinology and audiology and orthodontics and a well-check and well...we had quite a few doctor appointments this month! But praise the Lord, all is well with all the Lus. <3

Etc. And then, we squeezed in extra fun whenever we could. 

It was a full month of fun, and now we giddily await glorious Spring weather as we make our way into March!
