June 2021

Here we are, halfway through July; so, I thought this would be a good time to summarize our June. Ha! Here's what June 2021 looked like for my Lu Crew: <3

We closed out travel baseball and swim team. Our Banks is happiest on a field, so you know June was a good time for him with both swim team and travel baseball colliding! We closed out great seasons of both. 

We watched Bella rock the stage in her dance recital. This girl brought her joy, spunk, and completely own choreography to the dance stage, LOL, as she did her thang at her dance recital. But we loved watching her and her sweet friends shine! 

We finished out the 2020-21 school year. We were so thankful to attend the full school year in-person this year (feels crazy to even be typing that out), finishing out 5th, 3rd, 1st, and kindergarten. 

We had our first kiddo graduate elementary school. There were so many fun festivities for our Banks and his friends as they finished their final year of elementary school. Such a special way to end Banks' tenure at FMES. 

We celebrated our favorite dad in the world on Father's Day. My hub played in the annual neighborhood Father's Day golf tourney on Saturday and then we enjoyed a rainy, relaxing Father's Day on Sunday. <3

We also celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary. We had a great anniversary, spending the first half of the day going to lunch and doing an escape room as a family and then ended the day with a fun date night at a couple of our favorite local spots. Cheers to 17 years!

And we snuck in more fun in between! A father-son trip to Blowing Rock, playdates and family time, haircuts, therapies and appointments, a back-to-back tennis championship for this momma, and more. It was a full month!
