SURPRISE!!!! Disney or Bust!

Eeeeeek!!!! I have been waiting for this exact day for months and months...so many months! Let me back up...

When Banks was 3, we took him to Disney, while baby Raleigh stayed back home with Bammy.

When Banks was 5 and Raleigh was 3, we took them to Disney, while baby Harrison stayed back home with Bammy.

When Banks was 7 and Raleigh was 5 and Harrison was 3...we put off our Disney trip, as we were putting all of our time, energy, and finances into our adoption. <3

But. Now that Bella has been home over a year, and we feel she is ready to be left in the comfort of her grandparents without her sibs right there with her...

Now Banks is 8 and Raleigh is 6 and Harrison is 4, and WE ARE TAKING THEM TO DISNEY, while baby Bels stays back home with her Nana and Pop (With plans to take all four kiddos for one last Disney trip once we feel Bella is developmentally ready for the crazy, chaotic, exhausting fun that is Disney. :) )

You guys, I think I am the most excited for this Disney trip than the others we previously took...which is hard to even type, because the only way to describe our last experiences is MAGICAL. Disney is pure magic. But this time, unlike the others, our kiddos have NO IDEA they are going! And we've already done a few things differently this go-'round (more about that after we return and are semi-sane again).

This morning is going to be awesome. Because before, there were these cute Mickey-paper-chain countdowns and lots of pre-Disney talk as a family. The kids knew when we were leaving, down to the minute.

This time?

This time, they have NO IDEA about any of the plans/reservations/surprises we have arranged for them. They think they are headed to school today, just like any other Tuesday.

Nope. Not today, kiddos!

We will be surprising them any minute, letting them know that school and therapies and appointments and extra-curriculars and homework and the crazy chaos that is our chosen life is not on the agenda this week. This week, our OGs will be spoiled by mom and dad while our precious baby girl is spoiled by her adoring Nana and Pop.

This week...we're headed to Disney! Be back soon, y'all! For now, it's off to Disney we go!
