August was a fantastic month, during which we snuck in a few more adventures before our 2021-22 school season began:
Banks attended a new (to him) overnight camp for a week with some good buddies:
Two other couples, my hub, and I headed to Charleston for a super fun weekend:
We had lots of last weeks of summer fun with friends of all ages, including playdates, sleepovers, boating/skiing/tubing/cruising with friends on two separate occasions, and concert-going:
Always my favorite times of all, we got in some good family time as we bid summer adieu:
And just like that, the school year began, with Banks heading to middle school (!!), Raleigh starting 4th grade, Harrison starting 2nd grade, and Bella hitting up kindergarten for a bonus year:
We closed out the month by heading to our high school's Friday night football game and then having some fun at a post-church family event that Sunday:
Whew! So long summer, hello school year! Summer 2021: You were SO good to us!
